Privacy Policy

Information you give us:

• Contact details — your name, email address, and company, when you contact us, request a quote, or sign in.
• Order details — the items, sizes, colors, and quantities you select, and the shipping or pickup address for your order.
• Project materials — logos, artwork, and correspondence you send us so we can produce your merchandise.

Information we receive from others:

• Your employer or program sponsor — if your company offers a store through LV8, it may give us your name and work email address so we can confirm you are eligible to order.
• Google — if you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email address on your Google account.
• Our payment processor — confirmation that a payment succeeded and limited details about the transaction.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, our servers log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of requests. We use this to keep the Services secure and working.

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout and go to Stripe — LV8 never receives or stores your full card number or security code. Stripe also uses information about your purchase to calculate sales tax and to detect and prevent fraud. Stripe’s handling of your information is described in its privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

• To process, produce, fulfill, and deliver orders, and to send order confirmations.
• To verify that you are eligible to use a company store and to keep you signed in.
• To prepare quotes and invoices and to keep accounting and tax records.
• To respond to your questions and manage our relationship with your company.
• To protect the Services against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it or share it for targeted advertising.

We use only the cookies needed to run the Services: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and your browser’s local storage to remember the contents of your cart. During checkout, Stripe may set its own cookies for security and fraud prevention. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

• Your employer or program sponsor — when you order through a company store, we tell that company who ordered, what was ordered, and the order status, so it can pay for and distribute the merchandise.
• Service providers — companies that work on our behalf, including Stripe (payments, sales tax, fraud prevention), Google (cloud hosting, storage, email, sign-in, and AI-assisted processing of product and project information), and Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing and accounting).
• Production and delivery partners — suppliers, decorators, and carriers receive the details they need to make and deliver your order.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LV8, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, subject to this policy.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, while your company’s store or account is active — and for as long afterward as tax, accounting, and legal requirements oblige us to keep order and payment records. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

We protect personal information with measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing hello@lv8premiums.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws; we honor those rights and will not treat you differently for using them. We may need to keep some records, such as completed orders and payments, to meet our legal obligations.

If you use a store provided by your employer, some of your information is also held by your employer, and you may need to contact them about their own records.

The Services are intended for businesses and their adult employees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

LV8 is based in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will give additional notice, such as a message in your store or by email.
